Ursula boasts over ten years of experience as a mental health Registered Nurse, in areas of child and adult inpatient care, community mental health crisis stabilization, and substance abuse treatment. Ursula holds a Bachelors of Nursing from UTS and a Masters of Mental Health Nursing from the University of Sydney. Further, she earned a diploma in Drug and Alcohol Nursing from the Australian Nursing College. All whilst working in hospitals around Northern Sydney area. Beyond her professional contributions, Ursula's passion for community wellness is evident. She's been a consistent volunteer for Meals on Wheels and is passionate about playing the piano, dancing and figure skating. Overall, her professional experience and personal interests converge in her fundamental belief of offering quality support which places the client first — having seen the intersection between her clinical background and support for patients.

One of her most rewarding roles has been that of an inclusion support educator, she has worked closely with children who face unique challenges, including global developmental delay, Autism, speech delay, challenging behaviour, and more. She firmly believes in creating an inclusive environment where every child, regardless of their unique challenges, can thrive and reach their full potential. Jing has always had an interest in working in the health and childcare fields and is looking forward to working with children and their families.
